Aditionally, Rosa-Alscher Gruppe started their project Bauhausplatz at Domagkpark. At the 2.800 m² large property arises a building with space for apartments, bureaus and retail sale used by all income brackets. This Bauhausplatz with 7.000 m² space in total marks the beginning of the new Domagkparkquartier. Already in spring 2016 the first constructions are going to begin. In autumn 2017 the complex will be ready for moving in.
The Sun Garden with its 13 luxurious residential units is currently being built in the exclusive residential area of Berlin-Grunewald. The Rosa-Alscher Group will have concluded all construction works in 2016. Prospective buyers better hurry: half of these apartments are already sold.

The innovative office complex in Parkstadt Schwabing, Munich is to be handed over to the new tenants on 15 December. That means that the twin yards complex will already be fully let with the first occupancy. The 13,600-square-metre office building will now be home to seven companies. Once they have moved in, over 500 people will be working in the office complex.
The former “Funkkaserne” radio barracks is being given a new lease of life. From 2015 to 2017, accommodation for over 4,000 people will be built on the site of the former military base. The Rosa-Alscher Group is constructing one of the central buildings here at the entrance to the DomagkPark.
